Directions
Directions: Adults 18 years and over: Take 1 tablet 30-60 minutes before bed. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns

Each Film Coated Tablet contains:
Theanine 200 mg
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha - Shoden(R)) root dry ext. 56.4 mg, from 2.256 g dry root.
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha - Shoden(R)) leaf dry ext. 63.6 mg, from 2.544 g dry leaf.
Magnesium (as Magnesium glycinate 744.69 mg) 105 mg
Humulus lupulus (Hops) flower dry ext. 50 mg, from 500 mg dry flower
