The 3M 1860 healthcare respirator offers respiratory protection against airborne particles, meeting CDC guidelines for Mycobacterium tuberculosis exposure control. It is designed to protect wearers from particles generated by electrocautery, laser surgery, and powered medical instruments. The mask is also fluid-resistant to protect against splash and spatter from blood and infectious materials. As a disposable particulate respirator, it helps reduce exposure to harmful airborne contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, and mould.
