RestoraCalm(R) Night contains L-theanine which calms the mind & Saffron which enhances deep sleep.

RestoraCalm(R) Night is a triple action formula, designed to calm the mind, relieve symptoms of stress and enhance sleep quality and deep sleep. This specialised formula contains AlphaWave(R) L-theanine, Affron(R) saffron (Affron(R) is a registered trademark of Pharmactive Biotech Products, S.L.U) and lutein. AlphaWave(R) L-theanine is a calming amino acid, which supports relaxing alpha waves in the brain. Affron(R) saffron supports refreshing sleep and sleep quality, helping to prepare you for the day ahead. Stress is a factor which can affect sleep. Lastly, lutein aids the body to cope with environmental stress. Environmental stress can include electronic screen exposure.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Crocus sativus (saffron) (Affron(R)) extract dry conc. 12.6 mg
equiv. dry stigma 42 mg
Theanine (L-theanine) (AlphaWave(R)) 100 mg
Tagetes erecta (marigold) extract dry conc. 100 mg
equiv. dry flowers 2 g
std. to contain lutein 10 mg
std. to contain zeaxanthin 2 mg

Contains sulfites.

Instructions

Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day, approximately one hour before bedtime.
