Description
Sleep Complex contains a premium Valarian extract to help reduce the time to fall asleep and relieves sleeplessness. Valerian is traditionally used in western herbal medicine (WHM) to decrease nervous tension and restlessness and promote a refreshing sleep. Zizyphus is used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm the mind and induce sleep. It also relieves spontaneous sweating. Part of Bioceuticals sleep, stress and anxiety relief range.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day (1/2-1 hour before bed), or as professionally prescribed.

Each tablet contains: Herbal extracts dry concentrate: Zizyphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus) seed 450 mg equiv. to dry 4.5g Herbal extract dry concentrate standardised: Valeriana officinalis (Bio-156) root 375mg min. equiv. to dry 1.5g std. to valerenic acid 1.13mg Essential oil: Lavandula angustifolia (lavender oil) 2mg
