Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with main meal or, as professionally prescribed.
Children under 12 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
Ingredients
Zinc amino acid chelate 125 mg
Magnesium phosphate (Magnesium 25 mg) - 122 mg
Manganese amino acid chelate (Manganese 2 mg) - 20mg
Retinyl acetate (2500 IU vitamin A) - 860mcg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) - 50mg
Warnings
Z.B.M. may interfere with certain other medications your patients may be taking.
Magnesium and zinc may decrease the absorption and efficacy of some medications.
Z.B.M. should be administered at least 2 hours apart from these medications

When taken in excess of 8 000 IU vitamin A can cause birth defects.
If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
