Blackmores 'Stress & Sleep' is a dual action formula for day and night. The day tablet (Mega B) targets stress and is specifically formulated with a combination of B vitamins to maintain energy levels and assist healthy red blood cell production. The night tablet (Valerian Forte) contains a high-potency valerian extract, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to improve sleep quality and promote deep sleep.

Ingredients

Contains gluten. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding

Day Formula (Mega B Complex):
Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 50 mg, Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 30 mg, Nicotinamide 100 mg, Calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid, vitamin B5 45.8 mg) 50 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine, vitamin B6 41.1 mg) 50 mg,
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 50 micrograms, Biotin (vitamin H) 50 micrograms,
Choline bitartrate 50 mg, Inositol 50 mg, Folic acid 300 micrograms.

Night Formula (Valerian Forte):
Valeriana officinalis (valerian) extract dry conc. 400 mg, equiv. dry root and rhizome 2 g (2000 mg) std. to contain valerenic acids 3.2 mg.

WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible [Contains vitamin B6]. WARNING - Valerian may harm the liver in some people. If you experience yellowing of the skin/eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, abdominal pain, and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor.
