Elastic, latex free adhesive tape for kinesiology taping. Unidirectional elasticity up to 60% beyond resting length
Roll contains 20 x 25cm pre cut lengths for ease of application
Instructions:
1. For enhanced adhesion, ensure the skin is clean and dry, and free from oils and hair
2. Remove backing paper and apply tape in desired position
3. Rub the tape briskly from centre to ends
4. Wait at least 1 hour before showering, swimming etc.
