Directions for Use
1. To prepare a 230mL drink, put 195mL of cold water in a glass.
2. Gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed in can) or 53.8g of Ensure powder, while stirring and mix until dissolved.
Suggested 2 serves of Ensure daily.

Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.
