Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) KSM-66(R) root 300mg, dry equiv. 3g
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root 83.33mg, dry equiv. 1.25g
Plus
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg
Zinc (as zinc glycinate monohydrate) 7.5mg
Colecalciferol (vitamin D3 300IU) 7.5 micrograms
