Livingstone Hot and Cold Pack relieves pain and swelling of minor injuries, bruises, cuts, muscle aches and strains plus sprains and headaches. Use hot to relax muscles and reduce pain, use cold to help reduce swelling and inflammation. This is reusable, freezable and microwaveable.

We pack all orders carefully to make sure they reach you in the most satisfying condition. Sometimes packaging doesn't look perfect on arrival. Please check the items first and report any item damage to us straight away.
Orders are delivered by Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.
We are unable to offer express shipping as many of our items such as perfumes, fragrances and aerosols are classed as dangerous goods and are unable to be express shipped. The cost to you would not represent good value to split-ship orders based on items.
All orders are tracked. You can view the tracking number from within My Account Dashboard. You can track your order on the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track or if it's sent through one of our couriers, on their website. Note sometimes it can take up to 1 business day for an item to be scanned into the system with Australia Post once dispatched.
All tracked consignments are covered for damage or loss. We don't provide cover for loss once an item is confirmed as delivered by Australia Post or courier service when safe drop is used.
