Not all matte lipsticks are created equal – The Velvet Mattes Lipstick is like no other. No drying or flaking here. Max Factor created a true matte lipstick, but with a moisturising formula, so it feels soft and looks smooth on your lips.
How To Apply
- Use your Colour Elixir Lip Liner to define and contour your lips and prevent feathering.
- Apply your favourite shade of Colour Elixir Velvet Matte Lipstick using the applicator.
- Add further coats to build colour until you find your preferred look.
