Directions

- As a eyeshadow: Use the eyeshadow stick to color your eyelid then blend it with a brush or your finger.
- As a primer: Before applying your eyeshadow, apply the Color Tattoo Eye Stix directly on your eyelid. Blend it with a brush or your finger.
