Shipping and Delivery Policy
PPE Masters is the largest supplier of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) including face masks, gloves and gowns. We also have wide-range of products for medical purposes such as rapid antigen tests.
We process same-day deliveries for both business and residential addresses via different couriers depending on your location within Australia. Please be aware that deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer and the timeframe is normally within 5-7 business days.
Customer may leave a message with their preferences at the time of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you for your reference. Our couriers may require your signature when the parcel is delivered except for parcels with Authorization-to-Leave notes. If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
We gladly accommodate bulk orders and orders of substantial weight. As a Melbourne-based company, we kindly request that prior to processing out-of-state deliveries and heavy orders weighing over 10 kilograms, we provide you with a formal quotation before finalizing the transaction.

PPE Masters is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.
