HOW TO USE:
Adults take 2g (approx. 1/2 metric teaspoon) and children 2 to 12 years take 1g (approx. 1/4 metric teaspoon) once daily in water or juice or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Safe during pregnancy and lactation.
CAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) intakes exceeding 2-3g/day may produce gastrointestinal symptoms in some people. For those who have had kidney stones, amounts greater than 1000mg daily may increase the risk of kidney stone recurrence. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
