You can track your order on the Australia Post website at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track or if it's sent through one of our couriers, on their website. Note sometimes it can take up to 1 business day for an item to be scanned into the system with Australia Post once dispatched.
All tracked consignments are covered for damage or loss. We don't provide cover for loss once an item is confirmed as delivered by Australia Post or courier service when safe drop is used.
