Qsilica is a convenient form of mineral silica, which is important for the healthy growth and functioning of connective tissue, skin, hair, nails, and joint cartilage. Qsilica can also help to support and maintain strong bones and teeth by playing a role in the metabolism of calcium in the body.

Silica-colloidal anhydrous ...280mg (Equiv. to Silicon 130.9mg)
Does not contain gluten, yeast, dairy, products or soy.
Directions
Adults take 1 caspsule once or twice a day with glass of water.
Warnings
Exceeding the daily dose is not recommended. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Store out of reach of children. Store below 30C. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
