The Dura-Comfort 'no boil' dental night guard has been developed to help prevent TMJD and protect teeth from clenching and grinding. The design has two bite pads that comfortably fit between upper and lower molars to re-establish the natural freeway space featuring self-adjusting technology to fit all shapes and sizes of regular to large mouths.

The Dura-Comfort also has stability wings for extra safety and less interference with the upper-side gum tissue. Dura-Comfort guards utilise natural tissue retention between the lips, cheek, and tongue to be held in place. There are no clasps that attach to the teeth and it does not require the teeth to hold the appliance in place.

The Australian Dental Association recommends toothbrushing should be done twice per day. It should be done in the morning and again at night for two minutes each time.
