If you order before 10am (EST, Mon-Fri) then we will pick, pack and despatch on the same day, otherwise it despatches on the next business day. Once we've handed your order over to our couriers, they usually take it to the local depot to be sorted overnight into delivery areas. We have our main warehouses in Sydney and Melbourne.
Our couriers will attempt to deliver the goods to your door. If you are not home at the time then we have given them permission to leave the goods at your door or in a safe place nearby. If you live in a dwelling with a shared entrance (e.g. an apartment) then the couriers are by law not permitted to leave the goods if no-one is home. The driver will then leave a calling card for you to arrange a re-delivery for collection nearby (e.g. a post office). This usually depends on the courier and your particular location.
