Vita-D contains Vitamin D3 which is the natural form of Vitamin D found in humans and is required for healthy bones & teeth. Vita-D helps build strong bones. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis later in life.
Vita-D can also help improve muscle strength in older people which may reduce the incidence of falls in the elderly.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as directed by your healthcare professional.
