How the MedCart Marketplace Works

Shipping

Products are delivered using reliable transport providers organized by the supplier.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

We ask our suppliers to dispatch items within 42-78 hours and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location. International orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered. Depending on the nature of your purchase signature on delivery may be required.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, all items in original, unworn condition may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund to the original payment method, store credit, or exchange.

All products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, and in perfect condition (without scratch or damage), with all original shipping, paperwork, product packaging, protective materials and tags in place. Due to the nature of the products sold through MedCart, change of mind refunds are not accepted. Returns must be initiated within the 7-day return period and shipped promptly thereafter.

Any faulty Product must be returned by you to the Retail Seller from which it was purchased, and proof of this purchase must also be presented. Replacements for faulty Products, or your product fully repaired, will be sent to you at no charge within thirty (30) Business Days from the date the faulty Product is returned.


How to Return an Item

Only registered users are able to self-serve their returns via post. Guest checkout customers please contact our Customer Service team.

  • Go to “My Account” on MedCart and click on “Purchase history” on the left-hand menu. Each of your invoices from MedCart are displayed and sorted by date.
  • Find the invoice containing the item you wish to return and click “Return items”.
  • Select the item from the invoice to return by clicking the checkbox next to the picture of the item
  • Select a reason for return from the dropbox. Be sure to add any further notes for the seller such as details of a fault and create the return
  • Print the return label, put the return authorization form in the parcel to return and stick the “Deliver To:” form on the front to ensure the item makes its way back to the Seller.
