How to use PowerDot 2.0?
To use the PowerDot 2.0 effectively, follow these general steps:
- Ensure that the PowerDot device is fully charged or has sufficient battery power.
- Download and install the PowerDot app on your compatible smartphone or mobile device from the respective app store (e.g.,App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android). It requires iOS 10.0 or later or Android 7.0 or later. Once done, open the PowerDot app and create an account or log in if you already have one.
- Turn on your bluetooth and pair the PowerDot 2.0 device with your smartphone or mobile device. After successful pairing, select the specific muscle group or area you wish to target for stimulation within the app.
- Place the electrode pads on targeted muscle areas. Make sure the pads are securely attached and in contact with your skin. Customise your intensity level and duration of the electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) session according to your comfort and desired outcomes. The app will provide instructions and recommendations based on your goals.
- Starting the EMS session, the PowerDot device will deliver electrical impulses to your muscles, causing them to contract and relax. Monitor your comfort level and adjust the intensity if necessary. The app may also provide instructions for specific exercises or movements to perform simultaneously.
- After the session is complete, carefully remove the electrode pads from your skin and clean them according to the manufacturer's instructions.

- Muscle Endurance: aimed at improving performance in endurance-oriented sports disciplines.
- Strength Endurance: intended to enhance performance in sports disciplines that require both strength and endurance.
- Resistance: focused on increasing the capacity to sustain intense and prolonged efforts.
- Strength: designed to improve performance in strength-oriented sports disciplines.
- Explosive Strength: aimed at enhancing performance in explosive strength and speed-oriented activities.
- Active Recovery: dedicated to accelerating muscle recovery after intense endurance exercises. It is ideally used within 2 hours after a high-endurance workout or competition.
- Extended Recovery: like Active Recovery, but with a longer duration for extended recovery needs.
- Light Recovery: provides low-frequency, non-fatiguing recovery interventions.
- Potentiation: focused on increasing contraction speed and preparing muscles for maximum power output. It is ideally used for 5-10 minutes before important competitions or sporting events.
- Massage: intended to improve blood circulation, relax muscles, reduce muscular tension, and aid in the elimination of muscular toxins.
