How PowerDot 2.0 works?

The PowerDot combines two types of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS);

  • Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) - a method commonly used to rehabilitate and enhance the strength of muscles following injury or surgery, especially for the quadriceps muscle.
  • Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) - primarily provides pain relief by specifically targeting sensory nerves. By transmitting electrical impulses, TENS can effectively intercept pain signals sent to the brain. Additionally, TENS aids in the release of endorphins, which are the body's natural feel-good chemicals.

    How to use PowerDot 2.0?
