Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday, are usually processed and dispatched the same day.*
Once you place an order, our seller partners are immediately notified to get packing.
If a seller doesn’t dispatch on time, our MedCart team personally follows up — we don’t leave it to chance!
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the move, so you can follow its journey.

⦿ Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST, Monday to Friday
⦿ Excludes weekends and public holidays
⦿ Excludes specialty, made-to-order, or bulk/custom products

Sometimes unexpected delays happen (like stock shortages, courier pickups, or public holidays).
But don’t worry — you won’t be left in the dark.
Our team will contact the seller directly to speed things up. We’ll keep you updated if dispatch takes longer than expected.
