Directions
Adults - Take 1 tablet once a day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250mg, d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate (vitamin E 200 IU) 165.2mg, Zinc oxide (zinc 40mg) 49.6mg, Cupric oxide (copper 1mg) 1.25mg, Lutein 5mg, Zeaxanthin 1mg.
