DOSAGE:Adults
General Health: Take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.
Muscle Cramp & Mild Muscle Spasm Relief: Take 2 tablets once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.
Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Take with food.
