Psyllium husk powder, sugar, natural orange flavour, citric acid and colouring.
Promotes healthy digestive system, soluble dietary fibre, helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels, assists in the relief of constipation, gluten free.
Directions
ADULTS: Add 10g (approximately 2 level 5mL medicinal measuriung spoons) to a glass of at least 250mL of cool water 1 - 2 times daily. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful.
CHILDREN 6 - 11 YEARS OF AGE: Consult your doctor. On medical advice only give approximately 1/2 the adult dose.
