Directions:

Ingredients:
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 400mg, sodium ascorbate (equivalent ascorbic acid 600mg) 675mg, colecalciferol (Vitamin D 600IU), zinc (zinc amino acid chelate 50mg) 10mg.
