DO NOT SWALLOW.. For rinsing only. Not to be used for children under 6 years, as young children frequently cannot rinse without significant swallowing. Supervise children over 6 years until good rinsing habits are established.

Directions
Dosage: Adults and children over 6 years: Use 10mL (10mL mark on cap) once daily or as directed by a dental health professional, preferably at bedtime after thoroughly brushing the teeth.Rinse vigorously around the mouth and between teeth for one minute, then spit out. For maximum benefit, do not rinse, eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
