A gel to powder finish brow tint that adds depth and dimension for an enhanced brow look.
With a buildable formula that does not stain or smudge, this tint applies with a dual-density spoolie brush to coat and give texture to each hair - adding colour and keeping brows in place all day!
How to Use:
1. To add texture: Using the sparse, fluffy side of the spoolie, brush hairs upwards in the direction of hair growth.
2. To shape: Use the dense side of the spoolie to comb through brows, shaping hairs to enhance your natural arch.
