Best used as a dressing and for general cooking. Melrose Organic Avocado Oil is light in colour with a buttery consistency and subtle avocado flavour.
Drizzle over salads, cooking at medium temperatures and to use as a finishing oil.
Smoke point - medium. Can be heated to approximately 200oC.
