Ingredients
- Arnica - a natural and active anti-inflammatory to alleviate joint and muscle pain, also reduces bruising.
- Menthol - provides a warming sensation to the area, increasing blood flow to inflamed and painful areas.
- Eucalyptus Oil - warms & helps relieve arthritic and rheumatic pains.
- Emu Oil ointment base - excellent massage consistency and anti-inflammatory.
Directions
- Medi Rub is designed to be massaged thoroughly into painful areas three times a day
- Apply after RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevation) if any injury has occurred
- Use prior to exercise to warm up muscles
- Use at night to relieve night cramps
- Store below 30oC
