The REALY® HIV & Syphilis Combo Rapid Test combines two important sexual health screenings in one convenient device. It is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of antibodies to HIV type 1 and type 2, together with antibodies to Treponema pallidum (TP), the organism associated with Syphilis, in serum, plasma or whole blood.

Designed for home/self-testing use according to the supplied Instructions for Use, the test provides a result at 10 minutes. A reactive result is a preliminary screening indication and does not confirm infection; appropriate confirmatory testing and healthcare consultation are required. A non-reactive result does not necessarily exclude infection, particularly during the window period.

What's Included

Test devices; droppers; buffer; package insert; lancets for fingerstick whole blood; alcohol cotton. Pack contains 2 tests.

Directions for Use

Bring the test, specimen and buffer to 15–30°C. For serum/plasma, add 2 drops of specimen plus 2 drops of buffer to each sample well. For whole blood, add 3 drops of whole blood plus 2 drops of buffer. Read at 10 minutes and do not interpret after 20 minutes.
