Instructions
DOSAGE:ADULTS ONLY. Best taken at first sign of cold or flu symtoms or as directed by your health professional. Adults (Cold & Flu Support): 2 capsules, 4 times daily. Adults (Immune Support): 2 capsules, 1-2 times daily
