Premium heavyweight conforming bandage. Ideal when applying the pressure, immobilisation technique recommended for anyone bitten by a venomous snake. Tension indicators mark on the bandage insure correct tension over the entire limb is applied.
Suitable for the treatment of:
Australian snake and funnel-web spider bites
Blue-ringed octopus and cone shell stings
Directions for use:
Ensure the casualty stays calm
Call triple zero (000)
Do not wash, suck or cut the bite area
Place bandage over the bite area.
Wrap three times at correct tension to show squares as shown in diagram
Wrap the bandage to the end of the affected limb
Start an ascending spiral to as high up the limb as possible at Correct tension.
