How To Use

1. 
   

   Place foot in elastic sock.

   
   


2. 
   

   Take wrap and cross over the top of foot and under the arch.

   
   


3. 
   

   Wrap around the ankle, attaching the hook closer for desired compression.

   Turn inside out to use on either ankle.
