Folic acid 100mcg
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 30mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 2mcg
Extract pepo (pumpkin seeds) extract equiv. to dry seed 25mg
No added dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, soy, sugar, wheat, yeast, artificial colouring or flavouring.
Directions
Adults: Take ONE tablet a day with food, or as professionally prescribed
